Enjoy some of the most prolific wildlife viewing of the continent, in the pristine wildlife wonderlands of southern Amazon and Pantanal. Birdwatchers will particularly appreciate the diversity of avian fauna in the southern Amazon, while hopeful big-cat enthusiasts may just get lucky in the Pantanal with around 5,000 jaguars.
SAO PAULO / CUIABA / ALTA FLORESTA
Fly to Alta Foresta. Drive and take a boat ride down the Cristalino River to reach your lodge. When night falls, go in search of nocturnal wildlife.
Enjoy 2 full days of your choice of activities including birdwatching, guided nature walks, canoeing and excursions to the observation towers.
ALTA FLORESTA / CUIABA / POCONE
Fly to Cuiaba and drive to your lodge in Northern Pantanal. Home to the world's largest freshwater wetlands, there is an abundance of wildlife along with the famous jaguar. Go on an introductory walk and be shown to the area around the lodge including the Caiman flood channels, an Egret Tower lookout point and a Hyacinth Macaw's Nest.
Enjoy 2 full days of your choice of activities such as hiking, boardwalks during the wet season, birds' release station, bicycle tours, horseback riding, canoeing, night walks, and river safaris in search of Jaguars, South America's largest predators.
POCONE / CUIABA / SAO PAULO
Drive to Cuiaba for your flight to Sao Paulo.
