How do I know where to meet?

Details of the location will be sent to you upon confirmation of the tour.


What if I’m late?

There will be a grace period of 5 minutes, after which you will be given directions to make your own way to the tour starting point.


What happens after registration?

The registration is confirmed only upon receiving the payment within the stipulated timeline however the tour is subject to confirmation. Registrants will receive an email confirmation and official receipt from us with general tour details and “What to Expect” on the day of tour within 24 hours. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email/WhatsApp (text message only).


How will I know if my tour is confirmed?

You will be notified 72 hours or earlier before the tour. 

What if no one else signs up for the same date as me?

In the event if the tour is unable to materialize, we will inform you by phone or text message and offer alternatives, i.e. transfer to the next available tour date and/or retain the value as open credits for future tour booking that is valid for 3 months.


What happens if I can’t make it at the last minute? Can I get a refund?

While we regret to inform that the tour is non-refundable within 72 hours before the tour (e.g. if you have booked for 1:30pm, 12th October 2020, Monday; you would need to cancel before 1:30pm, 09th October 2020, Friday), the tour is transferable to another participant for the same tour date only. Please do inform us in advance before the start of the tour.


Why can’t I make payment using a credit card?

At the moment, we can only accept PayNow, or Bank Transfer. We hope to provide more payment options in the near future. 


What are the safe management measures?

  • In compliance with Singapore’s Government safe management measures, the maximum group size for the tour is only 5 people per group.

  • Staff in charge of the participants are familiar with the specified symptoms, and are well-briefed on all relevant safe management measures.

  • Taking temperature of all participants before the start of each tour is mandatory and we reserve the rights disallowing any participant that is febrile (i.e. feverish) and/or appear to be unwell with the specified symptoms from participating in the tour.

  • Hand sanitisers will be available and provided for usage during the tour.

  • All participants and staff are required to wear the mask at all times except when eating or drinking.

  • All participants and staff are encouraged to use the TraceTogether app or device at all times.

  • We strive to ensure that the participants and staff are maintaining at least 1m spacing during the tour.

  • All participants and staff must use the SafeEntry, where available, at each stop of interest in the tour.

  • You are encouraged to follow the stipulated tour itinerary.

What if I want to use my own vehicle?
Please inform us in advance. However, we do not recommend using your own vehicle as there will be alcohol consumption. Please note that there will not be a reduction in prices, and all related expenses such as parking fees and ERP are not included.


Are children allowed? Is there a minimum age requirement?

We are currently unable to accommodate participants below 18 years of age as this tour consists of alcoholic beverages.


What if I cannot take alcohol?

Please advise us at the point of booking, so we can arrange for non-alcoholic alternatives.


Is the food halal?

The food served is not halal.

Can I specify my dietary preferences?

Yes, we will inform our vendors about your dietary requirements. Please inform us upon registration.


Can I get a discount if I just want to join a part of the tour?

No reduction in costs will be given for a shortened program, however, we recommend the full tour for the complete experience. 


Can the timings be changed?

No, but you can consider alternative dates, or check with us for a private program (minimum 4 to go).


What if I require a wheelchair?

Unfortunately, we regret that wheelchair-users and the mobility-challenged cannot be accommodated at this time. Tour participants must be able to walk unassisted, and negotiate stairs and steps.


Can the tours be conducted in Mandarin?

No, tours are conducted in English only. Or Farsi, the language of our vendors.


How many people are there in a group?

There will be a minimum of 4 participants in a group, a maximum of 5 participants (Phase 2).

What if I stay beyond the stipulated time?

So as not to compromise on the quality of the tour, we recommend keeping to the stipulated timings, unless it’s the end of the tour, after which return transfers would be on your own arrangement. 


Will we be driven back to the meeting point?

Yes, you will be driven back to the original meeting point after the tour.


Are tips included in the tour?

Tips are not included, nor expected.

What’s NOT included in the tour price?

Beverages during meals, insurance and tipping.


What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?

The tour will be conducted indoors, but umbrellas will be provided in case of unsheltered sections.


What should I bring on the tours?

A QR-enabled smartphone, your physical NRIC/FIN card/passport, as well your sense of discovery and appetite! We will take care of the rest.


Can I use the $100 SingapoRediscovers vouchers for this tour?

Not at the moment. We will announce on our website, Social Media accounts, as well as email, once we have received the details from the Singapore Tourism Board in November 2020.
